Personal Injury Copywriter

Personal injury copywriting services to help you acquire more clients and grow brand awareness.

Minimum project fee: TBD

Great sales copy isn’t optional. It’s a necessity.

Copywriting will help you generate more clients and stand out from the competition.

It doesn’t matter if it’s your website or advertisements. These online channels are the new business card.

They must be optimized for calls to action, unique value propositions, service benefits, client pain points, and more.

The problem? Most lawyers think they can write copy themselves which results in low conversions, traffic, and meetings.

Sound familiar? No problem. I’m a personal injury copywriter that can write anything you need from website copy to PPC ads or direct mail.

I will take the weight off your shoulders so you can focus on your strengths: nurturing relationships, handling clients, etc.

Services include

  • Website sales copy for home pages, service pages, about pages, contact pages, and more. I write these assets to convert and get you meetings. Plain and simple.
  • Landing page copywriting to generate your practice more leads and opportunities in the backend of the business.
  • SEO blog posts that build up your firm’s authority, search engine presence, organic traffic, and awareness.
  • Copywriting for any email assets like newsletters, sequences, or sales emails.
  • Social media copy that keeps your practice on clients’ minds, builds trust, and positions your firm as a leader.

How it Works

Step 1: Discovery call

Before we begin working together, I like to have a nonchalant discovery call with my personal injury copywriting clients. Let’s take the time to chat about your goals, problem, and I will tell you more about myself.

This helps us determine if we’re a good fit and can work well together. If it’s a match, we can move onto the second step and I will send a proposal and 50% invoice.

Step 2: Research and planning

Before we begin growing your business with my copywriting skills, I like to study my client’s practice. This means I’ll ask for buyer personas, branding guidelines, and other internal documents so I can become an expert in your industry.

All of these allow me to write the most effective sales copy that represents your practice and targets customers in the most accurate way possible.

Step 3: Writing and revisions

The first step I take in the writing process is piecing together an outline and bullets. Think of it as an architect’s blueprint. I’ll share this with you so you understand the direction I’m taking the project.

I will then work and finish the first draft. Revisions and edits (seldom any) are done after this to ensure the writing is perfect before the last step.

Many of my clients enjoy doing one final Zoom call where I run them through the copywriting, strategies, and theory behind the work I’ve provided. Often it’s hard to understand what a copywriter does behind the scenes. This will clear up a lot of questions.

Step 4: Time to publish

You’re ready to publish the copy and let the clients pour in. Often my clients and I will set up tracking on tools like Google Analytics so we can measure conversion rates, traffic, etc. I will include this in the project fee free of charge.

Additionally, it’s recommended that we work on variations of the control. These are different versions of the original advertisement or other material. Testing these allows us to find winning combinations that drive more clients and revenue. Optional but suggested.
