Based on the fact that WiseMedia targeted local companies, I helped them establish:
- A pitch template using proven copywriting techniques to get the most open rates and replies
- A customer persona and how to target local prospects that are most likely to convert
- A marketing plan consisting of acquisition strategies, competitive analysis, and branding techniques
- A multi-step process for prospecting, closing, completing projects, and accepting payment that can be applied to every new lead
After consulting WiseMedia, they have continued to apply the strategies and steps I proposed, resulting in:
